2. Service Description

Linguistic Academy provides remote exam help services for English proficiency tests including the Duolingo English Test, IELTS Online, and other supported exams. All services are delivered in accordance with the specific agreement made with each student.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing and payment methods, are discussed and agreed upon individually with each student before services commence. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Any request for a refund must be communicated promptly.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Following the preparation and technical guidelines provided
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their exam credentials
  • Complying with all applicable exam board rules

7. Limitation of Liability

Linguistic Academy provides its services on an “as is” basis. While we maintain a 99.9% success rate, we cannot guarantee outcomes in every case. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Linguistic Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
